I submitted my application for commerzbank konto. I got an email stating that its not possible to send the fax, since its unavailable. So i was given 2 options. I could choose to send a post free of cost or i can get my money back. I asked my money back. this is 3 weeks ago. and i tried emailing 2 times in between and still haven't received any answer or my money back!

Each cancellation for money? 😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It is easier to find those forms on the internet for free

Hey Mike, thanks for your review. I'm not sure if you have found the free PDF download function in our app? You can do the packaging and shipment yourself. But if you want to save some time and effort, you can use the optional direct shipping feature. It is not mandatory to use it.
